Fiji: Vodafone Sues the government for loss of their monopoly, but is looking for an out-of-court settlement. The bottom line, Telecom deregulation is on track. The transitional government is still in place. (more)

Uganda:Ugandan Government adds more resources to domestic investment stimulation. Peace talks are set for the Middle of April, and I have no new news of LRA raids in any country.(more)
