This was an active week in the Builders and Environmental sector. I believe the market is at the bottom or climbing out, depending on the region. The Immigration bill before Congress may impact construction labor significantly. I have reviewed the bill, and I think it will settle into a plus for builders.
The African and Middle Eastern Telecoms are positioning themselves to be in the best position possible so that when all the fiber gets to Africa in the next few years they will be ready for the coming race. It looks to me like the stronger players are buying out weaker ones, as they all work to get market share and assets on the ground in each country.
NGOS (Non-Government Organizations) are facing new kinds of regulations by countries, and have themselves become as powerful as multi-national corporations, spending Billions of $ every year, so I will watch and report on them each week.
What a great time to be part of the Paradigm Family of Enterprises.
